Here Comes the Bride

Whether you got your inspiration from your favorite romantic comedy or Pinterest board, each bride has their own unique vision for their wedding day. While meticulously planning each detail, do not forget about the hair! The hair is the cake topper of a beautiful wedding look. With wedding season approaching, look at these gorgeous and timeless bridal looks that you can easily recreate with Beachwaver products! 

The Glam Bride 

 Step 1: Create a clean side part by following the arch of your brow up through the hair with a Wide Tooth Comb. This is a great guide to help get the perfect, clean, dramatic side part every time. 

Step 2: Using the Beachwaver Pro 1”, curl at a 90° angle rotating toward the face. After releasing the clamp, roll the curl back up and secure it at the root with a clip. This will create a roller set. To create more volume at the root, over-direct the top section of hair by holding the Beachwaver horizontally. Make sure to get as close to the root as possible. 

Step 3: Once the hair has completely cooled, remove all of the clips and let the curls down. Spray the On Set Pro Brush with Great Barrier Heat Protectant Hairspray and brush through all of the curls. You should see the hair begin to come together into a glamorous wave pattern. Continue spraying and brushing through the hair to manipulate it into the exact shape you want. 

Step 4: Apply the Shine Bright Vegan Keratin + Argan Serum to the middle through the ends of the hair for gorgeous finish! 

Tip: To add more lift to the side bang, spray underneath the hair with Great Barrier Heat Protectant Hairspray and place the can under the bang to create a sort of arch shape. This will give dramatic lift and volume to this vintage look. 

The Sleek Bride 

Step 1: Apply Shine Bright Vegan Keratin + Argan Serum to the hair to reduce frizz add shine and smooth. Using a mixed bristle brush, like the On Set Pro Brush, smooth all of the hair back into a tight low ponytail. 

Step 2: Apply Braid Balm Pre-Braid Prep to the ponytail to reduce flyaways.  

Step 3: Twist the hair around several times to create a low twisted bun. 

Tip: Simply place the ponytail into the center of the wrap up, slide down to the ends and wrap under. Once you reach the base of the ponytail, bend the ends of the Wrap Up down and us the hair to conceal it. And that's it! 

The Modern Bride  

Step 1: Prep the hair by spritzing the Beachwaver Luxe Leave-In Conditioning Detangler to remove any tangles with the prep brush and create a dramatic, clean middle part. 

Step 2: Using the Beachwaver Pro 1.25, create soft, loose waves all the way around the head. Apply Shine Bright Vegan Keratin + Argan Serum evenly throughout the hair to smooth, add shine, and gloss to the hair. 

Step 3: Use the On Set Brush to smooth all of the hair back into a low ponytail. Take a half-inch section of hair and wrap it around the base of the ponytail to hide the elastic. This technique can be used to give any ponytail a more polished and elevated look. 

Tip: A hair oil like Bring Balance Organic Argan + Marula Hair Oil can be added to the ends of the ponytail to create a healthy, hydrated look. 

The Boho Braided Bride 

Step 1: Begin this look with a Beachwaved base (use the Pro 1” for more of a toussled beachy wave). At the crown of the head, create a half-up ponytail. Gently pull at the hair to create a voluminous look.  

Step 2: Taking a section of hair on the left side of the head, add some Braid Balm Pre-Braid Prep and split it into three parts. Bring the left side over the middle, then the right side over the middle. This will create a simple 3-strand braid. Continue the pattern “left over the middle, right over the middle” all the way down. After the braid is complete, pancake each edge to increase volume and texture. Then, repeat the same thing to create a braid on the other side of the head.  

Step 3: Secure the left braid in the back with a bobby pin just below the half-up ponytail. Bring the right braid over to the left to hide the bobby pin. Feed the end of this braid through a lower rung of the left braid. This will secure the braids seamlessly together.
