Ever have those mornings where you wake up and feel rushed to get everything done, or you feel like you just need your beauty sleep, so you hit the snooze button? Campus Wave rep, Alexia Moss, shares her secret of how she achieves fabulous hair in the morning in under 10 minutes!

The first step is washing my hair the night before! My favorite shampoo and conditioner to use is the Good Vibes Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner! These products make my hair feel so soft, moisturized & smelling like coconuts fresh out of the shower.

The second step is prepping my hair the night before so it’s ready to go for the next day! I apply a few pumps of Braid Balm to my strands before braiding my hair into two boxer braids! One of the best parts about Braid Balm is that it acts as a treatment (it has an active ingredient called HiX), so I’m truly strengthening my hair while I sleep! Pro tip: If you want your waves to be tighter in the morning, create 3-4 tighter braids. If you want a looser wave, create 1-2 loose braids.

The third step is to remove your braids the next morning! Your hair will be super soft with touchable waves. Then, I lightly spray the mid-ends of my hair with Shubie Surf Beach Spray for added texture (plus, it smells incredible, just like the beach)! Now you’re ready to conquer your day!
