Making Waves on Campus with Jayde

My name is Jayde Morrissette & I go to the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am studying public relations, advertising & strategic communications in social media with a minor in leadership studies.

What is/are your favorite Beachwaver product(s)?

My favorite Beachwaver products definitely have to be the Great Barrier Heat Protectant Spray as well as the BRB Blonde Purple shampoo, love them both so much!

What is your favorite part of being a member of Beachwaver’s Campus Wave?

 My favorite part of being a Beachwaver Campus rep has been connecting with so many amazing girls via social media from colleges & universities all across the nation, as well as learning more about the company & making content. 

What do you expect to be doing 10 years from now?

10 years from now I hope to be married with kids as well as working a corporate job in a public relations/ social media/ advertising department for a company!

What is an obstacle you’ve faced, and how did you get through?

Two of the biggest obstacles I have faced in life were getting over a medical condition and getting through the COVID-19 pandemic while coping with my medical condition. I really thought I wouldn’t be able to get my life back, but with the power of God and motivation from family and friends, I got back and I’m doing a lot better than I was before!   

What is your life motto?

My life motto I get from my mom, & it is basic but it truly is you do only get to live once, so enjoy it!

What’s the craziest hair trend you ever rocked?

The craziest hair trend I have rocked is when I dyed my hair purple & had a short bob the summer after 7th grade!
